The department of Social Science is headed by Mr. Shivesh Rai specializing in Geography. Mr Akhtar Raza Khan and Ms. Madhu Gupta are the other member of the department and specializes in History and Eco. The faculty members do handle Civics, Economics and Disaster Management classes apart from their subjects. The department of Soc. Science packs an enviable array of teaching aids in addition to the conventional ones to make teaching learning process a rewarding experience. The faculty strives to integrate modernistic trends in their approach to the subjects and use of audio-visual aids to teaching is prolific.
